Air China is set to launch regular flights to Georgia this autumn. The Deputy Minister of Economy Mariam Kvrivishvili met with Air China representatives.
She highlighted that the strategic cooperation agreement between Georgia and China, along with a visa-free regime, has enhanced trade and economic relations and facilitating negotiations with Chinese airlines.
The Deputy Minister of Economy expressed optimism about increasing Georgia’s visibility in China to attract more tourists and expanding direct flights from additional Chinese cities, including Beijing and Shanghai.
