‘AI Week for Women and Girls,’ a project created by the collaborative efforts of UNDP and Sweden’s gender equality initiative, will take place between October 21-25. The goal of the project is to equip women and girls with the necessary skills to integrate contemporary technologies into everyday life.
Fifteen female entrepreneurs will facilitate sessions for fifteen female students from grades 9-12. The project will be executed through a series of workshops and practical exercises over the mentioned span of five days.
Organizers include the AI Association of Georgia and the Bank of Georgia Business, with the primary aim of demolishing the gender gap in technology and science by fostering a new generation of highly skilled women in the field.
Applications are open until October 14.
