Fruit and vegetable store Agro Men is set to open two new branches in the near future as part of their expansion plans. The company aims to cater to the increasing demand by offering online sales and reaching a larger geographical area.
Koka Laghadze, the founder of Agro Men, spoke with Business Insider Georgia about their strategic moves. “We have been operating in the market for five years. Our initial focus was on natural products, specifically fruits and vegetables. However, the demand grew rapidly, leading us to diversify our range and include almost all categories, such as meat and dairy products. Our commitment lies in providing only high-quality products.”
Agro Men targets the high-end market segment, and their pricing reflects the quality they offer. In the food sector, they primarily collaborate with companies specializing in organic products, which have a distinct presence in the Georgian market. In response to the high demand, Agro Men is currently in negotiations with two prominent construction companies to secure suitable spaces for their new branches.
Established in 2018, Agro Men offers a selection of both local and imported raw materials in their stores. They also provide a delivery service, partnering with renowned courier companies including Glovo, Wolt, and Bolt.
Overall, Agro Men’s expansion plans are driven by the need to meet the growing demand and extend their reach. The addition of two new branches will enable them to serve more customers and further establish their presence in the market.
