‘Adjara Group,’ under the ownership of Temur Ugulava, will oversee the renovation of Tbilisi Sports Palace in early 2025, with a predicted completion date of late 2026.
Ugulava’s company has independently managed the Sports Palace since 2007, with investments amounting to approximately USD 5 million. Following the new agreement, the facility will join the management of ‘Adjara Group’ for development. Berishvili, Asset Management Director, said that the project will modify the Sports Palace into a multifaceted facility for different cultural and sports-related events.
The company will supervise not only the Sports Palace but also the surrounding areas, transforming it into a modern facility meeting current standards.
