Paragraph Hospitality has announced that all three of its hotels in Georgia have secured Top-10 rankings across the EMEA region in the 2025 Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) conducted by Marriott International.
The results place Paragraph Golf & Spa Tabori, Autograph Collection Hotel in 2nd position, Paragraph Freedom Square, a Luxury Collection Hotel Tbilisi in 6th place, and Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, Autograph Collection Hotel in 8th place among comparable hotels across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The three properties represent distinct hospitality experiences, ranging from an urban luxury hotel in the heart of Tbilisi, to a golf and wellness retreat integrated into a natural landscape, and a year-round Black Sea resort. Despite their different formats and locations, all three achieved strong results within their respective brand segments.
The Guest Satisfaction Survey is administered independently by Marriott International and is fully anonymous. Hotels have no influence over guest responses or outcomes, ensuring objectivity and transparency. Survey results feed into the Intent to Recommend (ITR) index, a key performance indicator used to assess guest loyalty, monitor performance trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Rankings are conducted within the same brand category only, ensuring that each hotel is benchmarked against properties of the same collection across the EMEA region.
Competition within the hospitality sector has intensified in recent years, driven by portfolio expansion and rising guest expectations. As a result, achieving high satisfaction scores and Top-10 rankings has become increasingly challenging. Against this backdrop, the inclusion of all three Paragraph Hospitality hotels among the region’s leading performers highlights consistent service delivery and strong operational standards.
At Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, the volume of completed guest surveys is three times higher than the European average, reflecting sustained high occupancy and strong guest engagement. Despite the higher response volume, which typically makes top rankings more difficult to achieve, the resort secured a place in the EMEA Top-10. The property maintains strong demand throughout the year, operating without a traditional low season.
Paragraph Golf & Spa Tabori, Autograph Collection Hotel, the newest addition to the portfolio, has already established a strong presence on the market and is demonstrating promising performance indicators in guest satisfaction and operational delivery.
The results underline Paragraph Hospitality’s continued focus on guest experience and its ability to perform at a high level in an increasingly competitive international environment.
