TBC Capital published a fresh report on Tbilisi’s residential market, revealing 3,439 transactions in September 2024, making it a 14% annual and 9% monthly increase, respectively. The growth is mainly attributed to a low base effect. Overall sales remain 1% below the same period last year.
The leader in residential property sales was Didi Dighomi, with 26% of of total transactions, followed by Saburtalo at 15%. Significant growth in new apartment sales was recorded in Didube, Krtsanisi, Samgori, and Chugureti.
Mtatsminda and Vake led average price per square markers at nearly USD 2,000, whereas notable price rises was recorded for new apartments in Krtsanisi, Isani, and Gldani.
