The Constitutional Court has announced that the first settlement session of the lawsuits filed against the “Russian Law” will be held on August 29, at 11:00.
The Plenum of the Constitutional Court will consider the first case of four claims against the enacting of the law in the Constitution. Lawsuits were filed by the president, non-governmental organizations, opposition MPs and journalist Gela Mtivlishvili.
