Leading development company Archi sold 150 apartments in one day

“Big Discount Day” is a tradition of Archi, which the company conducts at the beginning of the construction of a new residential house. On this day, the customer has the opportunity to buy an apartment in the new Archi project at a price that will not be repeated at any other time.

On April 20th, “Big Discount Day” was held at the Archi Philharmonic office. An unprecedented number of people wishing to buy an apartment at an exceptional price gathered at the office of Archi since the morning, and by the end of the day 150 new families joined Archi’s big family.

“April 20 was a truly special day, because a very large number of people visited us. We are happy that in one day, 150 new families joined the big family of Archi. We would like to thank everyone for choosing and trusting us. Archi’s main priority is to take care of each resident and our team will always do it’s utmost to ensure that each member of Archi’s family lives comfortably and happily.” – CEO of Archi, Shio Khetsuriani.

New residental houses – Archi Dighomi 3C and 3D

The big discount applied to the new residential houses of Archi Dighomi 3, which is being built in Didi Digomi on King Parnavaz Avenue, near the “Goodwill” hypermarket. The complex combines 4 residential houses, 7000 sq.m green yard, kids and sports fields, a modern lobby, commercial spaces and parkings as well and is distinguished by refined architecture.

“Big Discount Day” was truly a celebration at the Archi Philharmonic office.150 families became the owners of their dream home. Each new resident of Archi was congratulated on the purchase in a festive atmosphere. The company says that many new impressive projects, offers and events are planned in the future.
