Tineco has officially entered the Georgian market, launching its operations through its authorized local partner, Ariana Ventures LLC. The global smart home cleaning brand is bringing its lineup of smart vacuums and floor washers to consumers and retailers in Tbilisi and across the country, supported by aftersales service and a local distribution network based in the capital.

The launch marks Tineco’s first formal presence in Georgia, where operations will be managed locally to ensure product availability and customer support. Ariana Ventures LLC, which serves as the company’s official representative in the country, is responsible for distribution, aftersales service, and customer support.

“Our goal is to give Georgian customers access to reliable, easy-to-use smart appliances with full local support so people can spend less time on chores and more time on what matters,” a spokesperson for Ariana Ventures said.

Tineco is internationally recognized for combining intelligent technology with practical design. Its portfolio includes connected cleaning solutions tailored to modern lifestyles, and the company has established a strong presence in global markets. As demand for smart home products continues to grow, Tineco remains focused on innovation within the segment.

According to Catherine Wang, Regional Manager for Eastern Europe at Tineco, Georgia is emerging as a promising market with shifting consumer behavior.

“Georgia represents a high-potential market where we are seeing a clear shift from price-driven consumption to demand for premium, technology-enabled home solutions,” Wang said. “As urban households continue to prioritize efficiency and convenience, we believe smart cleaning appliances will become an essential category rather than a discretionary purchase. Our entry into Georgia is part of a broader strategy to expand across emerging European markets with strong local partnerships and localized operations.”

Alongside the launch, the company is prioritizing the development of a nationwide retail and distribution network. Working closely with Ariana Ventures, Tineco is actively engaging with leading consumer electronics retailers and channel partners to strengthen its market presence and increase brand visibility across Georgia.

As part of this effort, the company is outlining clear benefits for retailers and wholesalers that choose to partner with the brand. These include:

• Priority access to product stock
• Comprehensive local warranty and aftersales service
• Localized marketing and promotional assets
• Dedicated in-country support and distribution

The initiative is intended to provide partners with a competitive advantage as demand for premium home technology grows in Georgia, while also positioning Tineco as a leading brand in the floor-care category.

Tineco products are currently showcased on the official platform at tinecoge.com, where customers can explore available models. Purchases are facilitated through Ariana Ventures’ local distribution network, reinforcing the company’s role as the operational hub for Tineco in Georgia.

Ariana Ventures LLC is headquartered in the Tbilisi Technopark Free Industrial Zone, located at O. Khizanishvili Street No264 in the Gldani District. The facility serves as the central hub for operations, logistics, and customer support in Georgia.

Globally, Tineco specializes in intelligent vacuum cleaners, floor washers, and carpet care appliances, with a focus on simplifying everyday life through technology. Through its partnership with Ariana Ventures, the company aims to ensure both product accessibility and high-quality localized service for consumers and retail partners in Georgia.
