TBC Bank has introduced a new product designed to simplify everyday banking for its customers: international money transfers are now available directly within its mobile banking app.
With this latest update, individual users of TBC’s mobile bank can send international transfers without visiting a branch or logging into internet banking. The service is available in foreign currencies and is fully optimized for user convenience. Customers are no longer required to manually input additional banking details, as the system automatically identifies the recipient bank’s code, name, and country.
Users can specify the purpose of payment either by selecting from predefined templates or by entering custom text. When necessary, the system will also automatically determine if additional information or documentation is required.
The mobile app offers two types of international transfers:
- Guaranteed Transfer – The sender pays the commission upfront to ensure that the recipient receives the full transferred amount without any deductions.
- Non-Guaranteed Transfer – No upfront commission is charged; however, the final amount received may be reduced due to intermediary bank fees.
Customers can access detailed instructions and terms via the relevant link within the platform.
International transfers can now be completed anytime, anywhere—using only a mobile phone.
