Colorful Adventures Come to Life – “Askinkila”

How TBC’s Digital Loan Helps a Children’s Dream Space Grow

The children’s party center “Askinkila” was created with one purpose in mind — to turn every child’s birthday into a real fairy tale, and for parents, into a calm and pleasant experience.
Here, every celebration tells its own unique story — because children don’t like monotony.

That’s why every party at Askinkila becomes a special memory that young guests will cherish for a lifetime.

“Our space — from the décor and lighting to the colorful atmosphere — transports children into a magical world. Themed programs are wonderfully diverse: children can become princesses, superheroes, athletes, join a circus show or disco, or travel into Paddington’s world. For those who love modern trends, we even have TikTok-style activities. Every day is different — every program brings new emotions and new surprises,” say the founders of Askinkila.

The idea was born from the joint initiative of two families — the Kardavas and the Dedalamazishvilis — who decided to create a space where children’s happiness and imagination would be at the center of everything.
Although the founders — Gigi Dedalamazishvili, Marina Karpi, Dato Kardava, and Diana Zukhbaia — come from different professional backgrounds, in their business they take on many roles at once: hosts, chefs, managers, accountants, and sometimes even animators.

“It all started from our own experience. We observed what our children loved, what made them happy, and what scared them. Based on our children’s interests, we created a space where every child enters a magical world — exactly like the one they dreamed of,” says Gigi Dedalamazishvili.

Because Askinkila’s growth follows the rhythm of children, new decorations, programs, and play zones are constantly being added. Supporting this dynamic development is TBC’s new product – the Digital Loan, which brings peace of mind to the founders.
With a pre-approved credit limit, Askinkila’s team can cover any business need within minutes. Until September 30, the process is even more efficient — with a 50% discount on issuance fees.

Thanks to TBC’s simplified digital solutions, Askinkila can focus on what matters most — creating a joyful, emotional, and magical environment for children and families.

Today, Askinkila is more than just an entertainment center — it’s a place where every birthday turns into a colorful adventure, and where children discover the worlds they’ve only dreamed of.
As Dato Kardava notes, a new Askinkila branch is already on the horizon.

Success is on the way — you just have to believe!

TBC Capital Publishes Macroeconomic Overview Highlighting Stable Outlook for the Georgian Lari

Tbilisi, Georgia — TBC Capital has released its latest macroeconomic overview, analyzing key factors influencing the Georgian lari and broader economic trends.

According to the report, net foreign currency inflows improved significantly in August, supported by strong tourism revenues, remittances, and trade activity. At the same time, a moderate increase in demand for foreign currency was observed, likely linked to temporary sentiment-driven factors.

Based on TBC Capital’s short- and long-term equilibrium framework, the lari remains slightly undervalued, suggesting potential for moderate strengthening. The firm projects that the exchange rate will remain broadly stable through the end of the year.

The analysis also highlights a narrowing trade deficit, slight improvements in domestic exports — particularly in ferroalloys, copper, and precious metal ores — and a 12.5% annual increase in remittances. Non-resident spending, a key indicator of tourism revenues, also continued to grow in September.

Georgia’s economic growth for the first half of 2025 reached 8.4%, following an upward revision of the second-quarter growth figure to 7.3%.

From Self-Belief to Success: How TBC Mentors Guided Georgian Students at the AI Olympiad

The International AI Olympiad brings together some of the brightest young minds from over 60 countries. This year, Georgian students were among them — driven by a belief that great challenges and even greater victories awaited ahead. Standing beside them throughout this journey were TBC mentors Luka Darsalia and Nika Mikaberidze, who shared every emotion and milestone with their students along the way.

“At first, it was quite challenging. We learned a lot — how best to approach young people, what methods lead to stronger results, and how to make lectures more interactive and engaging,”
says Luka Darsalia.
“It’s one thing to simply follow the material, but another when you dive deeper on your own — reading research papers and exploring topics independently. That’s what helps you stay creative.”

The AI Olympiad is far more than a platform for theoretical learning — it’s a space where everything you believe in must be transformed into real-world results.

“The most valuable part isn’t just the tasks themselves,” adds Nika Mikaberidze,
“but the real-life problems we discuss along the way — the kind we face daily in companies. I’ll never forget that moment when the leaderboard updated every half hour and we waited for our students’ results. When we finally saw the bronze medal, it was an incredible joy.”

And finally, if you’re a 9th–12th grade student, here are five reasons why Luka and Nika believe you should register for the AI Olympiad:

  • Meet new people — bright peers and professionals who may become your future friends or partners.
  • Gain unforgettable experience — international participation and achievement can have a direct impact on your future career.
  • Develop practical skills — knowledge rarely found in textbooks or standard courses.
  • Adapt to innovation quickly — get hands-on experience with new technologies and algorithms.
  • Build self-confidence — learn to face challenges and believe in your own abilities to the fullest.

Don’t miss your chance — registration for the International AI Olympiad course for high-school students is open until October 8.

Remember, you reach the highest peaks only when you truly believe in yourself.
Even if victory at the Olympiad feels like a distant dream today, one first step could turn the impossible into reality.

With TBC’s Support, Chateau “Wine Era” Opens in Kakheti

With the support of TBC, Chateau “Wine Era” has opened in the village of Vachnadziani, Gurjaani Municipality, Kakheti. The multifunctional complex combines a 14-room boutique hotel, a state-of-the-art winery equipped with modern technologies, and vineyards cultivating both Georgian and European grape varieties.

The total project value exceeds GEL 14 million, of which up to GEL 5 million is financed by TBC. With the bank’s support, Wine Era is also involved in the loan co-financing programs of the “Produce in Georgia” and Rural Development Agency initiatives.

The complex features restaurants, conference facilities, and recreational spaces, offering guests a diverse and memorable experience.

On its 16-hectare vineyard, the company cultivates Saperavi, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. The vineyards are fully irrigated through a drip system connected to an artificial lake on the premises — a technology that protects the vines from overwatering or drying out, ensuring consistently high-quality produce.

The Wine Era winery is capable of processing more than 400 tons of grapes. The facility is equipped with modern Italian machinery and a full grape processing line. In the future, the company plans to expand its vineyards by an additional 17 hectares and further increase production capacity.

Wine Era is part of the GD Group, with which TBC maintains a strategic partnership spanning over a decade. Together with the group, the bank has financed numerous large-scale and impactful projects.

For TBC, supporting initiatives that foster the development of Georgia’s regions and various sectors of the economy — while creating new employment opportunities — is a key priority. By financing the Wine Era complex, the bank contributes not only to the growth of the hospitality industry but also to the advancement of agriculture and winemaking in the country.

As of today, TBC’s agribusiness portfolio amounts to GEL 1.2 billion, marking a 38% increase compared to August 2022. Between 2022 and 2025, the bank has invested over GEL 260 million specifically in the winemaking sector.

TBC Tech Reaches 1,000 Employees: A Milestone of Innovation and Growth

TBC Tech has officially welcomed its 1,000th professional, marking a major milestone for one of Georgia’s most dynamic and talent-driven technology teams.

With over 180 products, more than 400 systems, nearly 100% automation of deployments, and high service availability, TBC’s technology backbone stands as one of the most advanced in the region.

“Our team now unites 1,000 professionals who build and develop every strategic technology platform in-house. It’s thanks to them that TBC’s technological development and workflows are so dynamic and exciting. We truly believe there is no technological challenge we cannot solve — and we prove that every single day. The key is to believe,”
said Bidzina Matsaberidze, Chief Information Officer at TBC.

The number 1,000 represents more than a headcount — it reflects the strength of TBC’s corporate culture and its strategic approach to attracting top talent. The company’s organizational culture fosters an environment where every individual can express their unique skills and character.

Giorgi Qanchaveli, Head of Digital Business Development League at TBC, noted:
“A large and strong team is not just about scale — it’s a powerful motivation. It’s what drives the results and impact we deliver daily to over a million people. Every new person brings a new story and adds a unique element to our team’s character and structure.”

For TBC Tech, 1,000 employees mean not only growth in size, but also a convergence of 1,000 different experiences and areas of expertise, all contributing to shared success.

Shota Ioramashvili, Partner of the Web and Mobile Development Legion, added:
“It’s a joy that the 1,000th team member joined my group. Yet, our real strength isn’t measured by numbers, but by the progress and results each member delivers. The true value lies in continuous learning and personal growth.”

For TBC Tech, reaching 1,000 employees represents a new horizon for career growth and a reaffirmation of the values that unite every member of the organization.

TBC Business Supports Major “Georgia–Uzbekistan Silk Road” Exhibition in Tashkent

With the support of TBC Business and the organization of the Sales Association, a large-scale exhibition — “Georgia–Uzbekistan Silk Road” — will take place in Tashkent on October 8–9, aiming to help participants explore new markets and business opportunities.

The two-day conference will unite various business events and is expected to host around 4,000 visitors.

In recent years, Uzbekistan has been actively pursuing legislative initiatives designed to attract foreign investors. The main incentives are tax benefits that make it easier to start new businesses in the country.

The growing interest in Georgian companies is also confirmed by a study conducted by Softgen, which, after market research, opened its own branch in Uzbekistan. Operating in Georgia since 2008, Softgen is one of the country’s leading software development companies. With 17 years of experience, the brand is among the exhibition participants, motivated by the opportunity to establish new business connections.

“Until recently, the Uzbek market was not accessible and has only just opened to foreign investors. Our business model is B2B, and there is clear demand for experience and innovation. Events of this scale are always highly effective and successful. The exhibition is an excellent platform to present our company and connect with more business representatives,”
said Iason Zarkua, Founder of Softgen Group.

Demand for modern, customer-oriented digital products is rapidly growing in Uzbekistan, accompanied by the increasing need for AI-based solutions across sectors such as banking, fintech, and healthcare.

“At the exhibition, Doctorium will present a stand showcasing how AI-driven analytics and digital platforms can become reliable tools for both doctors and patients. We will study Uzbekistan’s needs and trends in digital healthcare,”
noted Maya Tsurtsumia, Founder and Director of the multidisciplinary clinic Kani.
According to her, the main expectation is to establish partnerships with local clinics, medical centers, and distributors interested in digital healthcare collaboration.

As interest and trust toward Georgian companies continue to grow, participating brands will have the opportunity to meet potential partners face-to-face and plan future cooperation.

Success is on the way — you just have to believe!

Mevlud Meladze to Represent Georgia at the Intercontinental Drifting Cup in Riga

From October 3 to 5, experienced Georgian racing driver Mevlud Meladze will compete on behalf of Georgia at the legendary Bikernieki track in Riga, Latvia, during the Intercontinental Drifting Cup, with TBC proudly supporting him.

The Intercontinental Drifting Cup is an official event of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), bringing together the world’s top drivers.

Mevlud Meladze, one of the most prominent figures in Georgian motorsport, is well-known among local fans. His name is closely associated with the development and popularization of professional motorsport in Georgia. A fourteen-time national champion and winner of numerous international competitions, his record speaks for itself.

In recent years, Meladze has focused his energy entirely on drifting – one of the most spectacular disciplines in motorsport. Notably, he began competing in drifting at the age of 42, precisely when the FIA officially recognized drifting as a sport. He won his very first race, proving to himself and others that nothing is impossible when you believe in your abilities.

Thanks to his efforts and the support of friends, the “Lilo Arena” was created – a professional drifting track that has become an important space not only for athletes but also for nurturing young talent.

For TBC, supporting individuals who embrace challenges and boldly pursue their goals is a priority. Those who move forward with confidence, undeterred by obstacles, demonstrate that even the impossible can be achieved – as long as you believe.

TBC Capital and TBC Asset Management Introduce New Liquidity Management Opportunities for Partners

TBC Capital and TBC Asset Management presented corporate clients with investment opportunities designed to manage cash more efficiently and profitably.

At the event, TBC Capital introduced a new liquidity management service that offers businesses customized investment solutions. The service includes cash flow analysis, creation of tailored investment portfolios, and portfolio management.

Investing in securities and investment funds is a common practice in developed markets. These instruments provide companies with more flexible, lower-risk, and higher-yield options compared to traditional assets. In Georgia, however, businesses primarily rely on bank deposits for allocating funds. Specifically, only 2% of companies’ free cash is invested in securities, while the majority remains in bank deposits.

Demand for new investment instruments in the country continues to grow year by year. Through TBC Capital’s services, businesses can now invest in a variety of financial instruments and benefit from a diverse range of products, including brokerage services, support in issuing securities, research, and professional consulting.

At the corporate client meeting, TBC Asset Management highlighted the advantages of investment funds: they provide clients with exclusive access to high-quality secured loan portfolios, offering stable income with diversified risk. Over the past 12 months, returns from TBC Asset Management’s credit funds have exceeded yields from real estate rentals and bonds. In the short to medium term, expected target returns range from 8.5% to 9.5%.

The event concluded with a panel discussion. Companies actively using alternative investment opportunities shared their experiences and emphasized the importance of products that support business growth and development.
