Cinemas in Georgia will reopen today, April 8. Movie theaters will be able to work in compliance with the regulations. Due to the curfew, there will be no more night sessions and auditoriums will only be half full.
“Film screenings have been allowed since April 1, and cinemas will resume operation today due to some preparatory work,” said Beka Peradze, Head of the Labor Inspection Department. “The Ministry of Health in the summer, In July, established preventative requirements for them, ensuring that the recommendations are followed for each citizen in order to prevent the spread of the virus. Thermoscreening, as well as disinfection and the use of a mask are mandatory in such facilities. The Labor Inspection will continue to monitor regulation enforcement throughout the country.”
