The award this year honored industry leaders who showcased strong financial performance and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities in a dynamic business environment.
The jury’s criteria for selecting winners included not only company size and profitability but also innovation, geographic coverage, support for SMEs, sustainability, customer satisfaction, and flexible service offerings.

TBC x Thinking Academy: Educational Tour Across Georgian Regions
Supported by TBC, the Thinking Academy is launching an extensive educational initiative titled “Cognitive Tour in the Regions.” (შემეცნებითი ტურნე რეგიონებში – აზროვნების აკადემია (azraki.ge) From June 21 to July 26, lecturers from the Thinking Academy, including Marina Katcharava, Zura Mkheidze, Andro Dgebuadze, Rezo Korinteli, Nino Buadze, and Deacon Theodore Gignadze, will visit ten regions of Georgia.
The speakers will address essential and relevant topics such as self-esteem, stress management, relationships, family dynamics, and more.
The tour will feature public meetings in the following cities: Sachkhere, Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Telavi, Gurjaani, Mestia, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, and Poti. These events are open to all residents of the regions.
Each session will consist of two parts: an informative lecture followed by an interactive segment, allowing the audience to ask pertinent questions on the discussed topics.

TBC Supports Technological Ecosystem at “AI: Research and Future” Conference
To enhance the technological ecosystem, the “AI: Research and Future” conference was held with the support of TBC. At the conference, Lasha Fanskhava, the leader of TBC’s artificial intelligence research and development team, delivered a presentation on “Artificial Intelligence and Its Use in the Banking Sector.”
The conference also featured a TBC workshop where participants had the opportunity to experience firsthand the creation and application of artificial intelligence across various fields. The event aimed to support young researchers in the field of artificial intelligence, highlight Georgian advancements and products in AI, and showcase innovative potential.
The conference was organized by AI Lab, Georgian-American University (GAU), and the Georgian Artificial Intelligence Association (GAIA).
For 31 years, TBC has consistently fostered the technological ecosystem through numerous projects that it has initiated and supported.
