UN Women Georgia wrapped up a four-day certification program on addressing workplace sexual harassment and its prevention strategies for private sector leaders, with 24 companies participating. The goal of the program was to implement effective, response-based mechanisms to encourage safe and inclusive work environments.
As the representatives received their certifications, the participating companies committed to establishing work settings that employ a variety of measures to prevent workplace sexual harassment.
