The protest continues on Rustaveli Avenue. Citizens started gathering in front of the parliament.
The participants of the rally have completely blocked Rustaveli Avenue, due to which traffic is limited.
At the same time, representatives of different groups of the society are conducting protest actions at different locations of the city, which will finally gather on Rustaveli Avenue.
Due to the ongoing protests throughout the city, traffic in Tbilisi is limited in certain sections.
Also, a joint procession of representatives of IT, HR, trainers, financial sphere, marketers, PR and creative industry moved to Rustaveli avenue. The rally participants are chanting – “Georgia”, “Strike”. They have the flags of Georgia and the European Union with them.
For information, large-scale rallies were caused by the decision of Georgian Dream on November 28, based on which Georgia will not put the issue of opening negotiations with the European Union on the agenda until the end of 2028.
