The Chairman-in-Office of the OSCE, Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb, and French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner are coming to Tbilisi to meet with Georgian officials and discuss how to stop the escalating war and the military actions, Peter Semneby, the EU's Special Representatives for South Caucasus, told reporters on August 10.

After the visit to the Georgian capital, the foreign ministers plan to head to Moscow.
